While the year 2022 will be remembered for many other things, the project and participants came together and focused on change, which they can and want to happen. During the Russian Tour, participants from Armenia and across Russia came together in Perm and traveled by train to Nizhniy Novgorod.
In Perm: the participants visited the Nightingale Garden;
they took a tour of the city center of Perm, visited its Naberezhnaya (water-front) and the Perm State Art Gallery;
and they met with Perm greening Community as well as learned about various eco-practices;.
In Nizhniy Novgorod: the participants had a private excursion to Park Dubki;
explored city center of Nizhny Novgorod while examining new urban development projects;
and discussed greening community practices from local Eco-center Dront.
